SDCC 2025 Apprentice/ Intern

Dates: 7/23-7/28, 9:00am-7:00pm with all appropriate meals and rest breaks.

We're returning to Comic Con for the 5th year for a brand activation in San Diego, and are looking for someone to shadow and work with us on-site during the convention!

We are looking for self-motivated stage or production management students or recent graduates who have an interest in immersive theater, brand activations, or any non traditional theater. All applicants should be over 18 years of age.

Responsibilities will include assisting Production Stage Manager to facilitate performer breaks, refresh props and giveaways, and coordinate asset deployment.

Apprentices will also get the chance to see how we deal with the backstage operations for an event and meet our wonderful team of collaborators who have worked for many of the major studios and theme park operators.

We have a stipend of $250 a day, or $1,250 total, to cover travel and miscellaneous expenses for the event, but need someone who is local and can provide their own travel to the area around the convention center on the above days. We highly recommend the trolley for everyone. No parking will be provided on site.

Snacks and lunch will be provided on site for all days.
